The e-mail should include your name and surname and the number of the contract to which the complaint relates.
Please also attach proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
In the email, please describe the case and the type of defect detected.
Photo documentation allows for more advanced treatment.

After reviewing the case, we will determine how we can help to resolve the issue. We will respond to the report within 7 days and determine what our further actions will be. If technically possible, we will solve the entire problem no later than 30 days.
